Job Description

As a student employee with us, you will learn all parts of both the recruitment process and the delivery side. We work with direct recruitments, temp recruitments, and staffing assignments for both white-collar and blue-collar workers, which means the position is broad and varied.

We work at a sometimes fast pace, where self-drive, business focus, and the will to create results are appreciated. The role suits you who likes to take responsibility, prioritize smartly, and contribute to both the team's and the business's development.

Examples of common tasks include ad design, phone interviews, personal interviews, reference checks, contract writing, and other personnel-related issues. Once you are comfortable in your role, you will have learned to work on several projects simultaneously, and to thrive in this, we believe you are a flexible, persistent, and structured person.

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time alongside their studies during the spring, with the expectation that you can work about 2-3 days a week. During the summer period, the position is full-time. We would also like you to continue working part-time even after the summer, and for the right person, there are great opportunities to grow in the role and later advance within the company.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, during the day.

Qualifications

Who are you?

• A service whiz, with a natural business drive and understanding of the value of good customer relations.
• A structured and efficient person who enjoys having fun at work.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, you see what needs to be done and drive the work forward.
• Communicatively skilled in both spoken and written forms.
• An excellent driver, who also holds a B driver's license.

Furthermore, we believe that you who are applying study at a university/college in areas such as PA, HR, Service Management, or other relevant academic education. We also believe that you have a great interest in people and enjoy varied work. Last but not least, we wish that your cheerful demeanor and positive attitude make you fit perfectly into our little Malmö team!
